Create Your Own Gym

Here is the equipment to create a perfect home gym, or examples of standard equipment that can be found at your gym that you can try out. There is so much variety in exercises using each piece, individually or in combination. You do not need everything, rather you can try out what you like best and go from there to create a dynamic and creative workout without the expensive, heavy machines or pricey gym fees.

Includes:
Timer/Clock, Stability ball, Yoga Mat, Bosu, Dumbbells, Resistance bands, Medicine ball, Weighted Bar / Resistance bar, Skipping rope






Below is the super easy to do ABC workout using just a medicine ball.  Be sure to warm-up first with 5-10 minutes of skipping, followed by 2-3 sets of the ABC workout, then cool-down with some stretches. Trust me, its way harder than you'd think! Kelly Ripa is a beast.
